"When I wrote "If God Is Silent", I was crying out to God---why was He silent?  I felt He had abandoned me.   I wanted answers, and I wanted them now!  Looking back, I realized that God's timing is not mine.   He does answer prayer, in His time, even if we don't like the outcome.   God knows what is best for us.  He may seem silent, amidst our pain and despair of the moment, but He will answer us, in His time, in His way.   Are you as impatient as I am?   That was much of my problem.  I had to learn to be patient, and to lean on the Lord."
